Deleting your Streakhouse account

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to wait for and no request to file. If you have already uninstalled Streakhouse, email support@streakhouse.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you and confirm back.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

your profile — display name and avatar;
your sign-in record, including any email address held in it;
your game history, scores and streak;
the answers you have given in circle games;
your membership of every circle (a circle with no members left is removed too).

What is kept: analytics event data is pseudonymous — tied only to a one-way hashed id, never your name or email — and cannot be linked back to you once the account is gone. It expires on our analytics providers' own retention schedule. On the web, though, screen recordings of your sessions can show your name and what you typed even though they're filed under the same hashed id; our recording processor, Amplitude, deletes each one automatically 30 days after it's captured, or sooner if you ask us. If you owned a circle, the circle itself survives with ownership passed to the next-longest-standing member, but none of your data stays in it.
